Club OUAI Terms and Conditions
Customers must enroll in Club OUAI before they can begin earning points. Points will not be awarded retroactively or backdated for purchases or eligible activities completed before enrollment.
Club OUAI points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire six months after they are earned. Additional exclusions and restrictions may apply.
OUAI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Club OUAI at any time.
To protect the integrity of the program, OUAI monitors accounts for suspected fraud, misuse, and abuse. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated, and any associated points or rewards may be forfeited without notice.
