How to use

Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water.
Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp.
Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends.
Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.

The pump doesn't work so well

"I love this shampoo - it's great for my curly hair and smells amazing - but this pump bottle is not so great. The pump doesn't work very well. Something about the mechanism means the part connected to the bottle (not the part where the actual shampoo comes out) leaves it always covered in shampoo, and makes it harder to pump. I'm constantly having to clean the bottle, which isn't an issue I have with my other pump based products. I will be repurchasing the shampoo but not this particular bottle."

Are the shampoos/ conditioners safe for color treated hair?
Hello Lidia! Yes! OUAI Haircare products are produced without the use of parabens, phthalates and sulfates (including Medium Hair Shampoo) so they are totally safe for color treated hair. The PH of our Shampoos range from 5 to 6 and Conditioners range from 4 to 5. These ranges are at the optimal level for hair and scalp health. Hope this helps!
