Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

A: 1. Sign into your OUAI account through our login page here.

2. Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions".

3. Click on 'Manage Subscription' once more under the 'Subscriptions' tab.

4. You will then have the option to click 'Cancel' or make any additional changes to your subscription order.

Q: How do I make changes to my product subscription?

A: To make changes to your subscription, you will need to be logged into your theouai.com account. Select login/signup from the homepage of theouai.com. If you did not create an account during the checkout of your initial subscription purchase or checked out as a guest, please create an account using the same email address you used when making your subscription purchase. Once logged into your account, select “Manage Subscriptions” to pause, cancel, skip, update payment information, or your mailing address.

Q: Can I skip a month of my subscription delivery?

A: Yes! To make changes to your subscription, and to see when your next order is scheduled to be billed, you will need to be logged into your theouai.com account and select “Manage Subscriptions” to find the option to skip your next delivery.

Q: How often will my subscription order arrive?

A: Initial subscription orders will arrive monthly, if you need to pause, skip, or update your monthly subscription, you can do so by logging into your theouai.com account and selecting “manage subscriptions”.
