Cubana cutie Prissy Torres and founder of The Fashion Muse knows the struggle of trying to curl her blunt bob all too well. Lucky for the fellow short hair babes, she created this tutorial on styling her messy old Hollywood waves using OUAI. Press play or follow the steps below to create this glamorous hairstyle perf for any occasion.

  1. Smooth out dry hair (clean or dirty) with a paddle brush to remove knots
  2. Apply OUAI Memory Mist Heat Protectant (keeps a hold on whatever style you’re going to do to your hair) all over
  3. Part the hair in sections then using the tapered attachment on the T3 Whirl Trio Interchangeable Styling Wand Set, wrap little pieces of hair around the barrel
  4. Tip: This is a messier wave so don’t worry about curling every section
  5. Now that you've curled the bottom section, create a deep side part
  6. Curl pieces near the face outwards then alternate on the rest of the head
  7. Rub a dab of OUAI Matte Pomade between palms, then brush the product through the hair on the part to tuck it behind one ear, smoothing down with your hand
  8. Curl your hair outward to create volume at the root
  9. Add more OUAI Matte Pomade to smooth down the hairline and baby hairs
  10. Brush the curls through with the paddle brush for a soft finish
  11. Spray OUAI Texturizing Hair Spray through curls, focusing on tips, for added body
