- Do I have to use it after shampoo or instead? Or before? ๐ค
- Use Scalp and Body Scrub before you shampoo and condition, as it isn't a replacement for washing. It will help lift up dirt and sebum from your scalp, and shampoo will wash it all a-OUAI.
