"Good sizes for the price, but very disappointing to receive the products all spread in the box out without their individual boxed-packaging, I wouldn’t be able to know if they are unadulterated or not. Also, pouch has a really strong fishy smell. I was thinking of sending it as a Christmas gift but I wouldn’t want them to receive as I did."
"You definitely need this bond repair, but use it along with your detox shampoo. It is the perfect combo so your hair is not greasy and the ingredients of the bond penetrate well into your hair strand. The results are incredible. My hair is very thick, with frizz, I use a lot of heat tools, keratin and dye my hair every month, so I know when a repair product is good and this one is amazing. "This is the real deal. I have mid-back length hair with moderate heat/styling damage and some split ends and live in Southwest Florida where it’s about 100000% humidity year-round. I felt the difference in the lengths of my hair after the first use, and started seeing visible changes in split end repair and frizz control about halfway through the first bottle. Formula rinses clean while still providing good “slip” and doesn’t weigh hair down for styling. What I really like is that you truly only need a single pump for each area of hair, so the bottle, while pricey, lasts for several months, especially if only used every couple of washes. I use the Ouai medium hair conditioner o. wash days when I don’t use the repair balm."

"complimentary from ouai I really like this product. I followed the directions as stated which is to skip conditioner in the shower and use this instead. I let it sit for 3 minutes while I did all the other shower stuff and my hair felt so soft after I rinsed it out. I feel like it really helped with my frizz too. Not greasy or heavy at all. I used about 3 pumps for my whole head."
