How to use

Squeeze out excess water from freshly cleansed hair.

Apply a quarter-size amount, starting from the ends and working to the roots.

can i use this product with conditioner before applying or should i skip conditioner?
Hi Alexa! You may skip conditioner and put our Thick Hair Treatment Masque after shampoo. We recommend you to use it weekly or bi-weekly. After cleansing, remove excess water from hair. Apply a quarter-size amount starting from the ends and working to the roots. Comb product through with fingers or wide tooth comb. Chill out for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water. Hope this helps!
Is this safe to use with a keratin or straightening treatment in your hair? Meaning it won’t take out my keratin or smoothing treatment.
Hi Zoe! All of our products, including our Treatment Masques, are safe for keratin-treated hair. All OUAI products are free of sulfates, parabens and phthalates. As always, it's best to consult with your stylist before starting any new products after a Keratin treatment!
