FLAWED DESIGN - LEAKS

"This, as a travel-specific product, is hot garbage. DO NOT BUY IF YOU FLY. The first time the shampoo lid leaked - shame on me. The second, third, fourth, fifth time - shame on Ouai. I am sick and tired of not only wasting product, but having to wipe, wash, rinse, wipe, wash, rinse, repeat, repeat, repeat EVERY TIME I fly. I am a business traveller who always has to check a bag - the lid on this bottle is not robust enough to survive baggage handling. Every other product in my toiletry kit manages to stay closed, except this shampoo. I have to take everything out and wipe the shampoo goo off my suitcase and other products both at the hotel (leaked on my way TO my meeting) and when I get home (leaked on my way home FROM my meeting). At first I thought it was user error (me), but after multiple double and triple checks that I snapped the shampoo lid closed before packing up, I have to say that this is 100% a design flaw and to only use this travel bottle if you are on a weekend trip via car. It will absolutely NOT stand up to airplane travel."

"I purchased these to use on my annual family trips. However after a first trip use I have noticed these bottle are not going to be around long. If you need to squeeze the bottle it starts to crease. These are no better than the regular size as I have those too and not sure if they will make it to use the refill packs I have."

Great, sturdy bottles. I followed

"Great, sturdy bottles. I followed a fellow reviewer's idea and use them for my shower at home since the shelf is not big enough for larger bottles. I found the jars way too big for travel - I normally take shorter trips and a jar 1/2 the size of these would be perfect. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are larger than I would need for a short trip but I will still use them for travel due to their convenient shape and durability."

Exactly what I needed

"I’d been traveling with my full size St. Barts body wash and lotion in checked bags so this was perfect to decant some into and I used one of the empty bottles for my oversized toner and one of the pots for another big lotion I had. I also fit my st. Barts hair mist in here and a travel North Bondi perfume instead of the 3rd bottle. My only complaint would be I wish these items came in travel size rather than doing what I did which was buying full sized refills so that my at home supply wouldn’t be empty. It also wouldn’t hurt to supply labels, but I can make my own. The squeeze bottles are easier to squeeze with wet hands than they look, and the pots come with little covers just like the full sizes to prevent leakage. I love the bag! It’s super convenient and chic looking. The color is kind of unique but still lets me see everything. I recommend."

Great travel set!

"Got this for a few international trips & it holds everything perfectly. I filled the shampoo & conditioner. Added a hair masque & salt scrub in the small containers. There is enough room for my travel size hair oil, spray conditioner & volumizing tonic. Good stuff!"
