We understand that sometimes things don't work out quite as planned and we're here to help! Our team happily accepts returns within 30 days of purchase to make the process as easy as possible for you.

To initiate a return, visit our returns portal at https://theouai.com/a/return and follow the steps provided.

After completing the return process, a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you. We strongly encourage you to use our prepaid return label, as it easily tracks your return and refund.

If you are returning items from different orders at the same time, do not combine your returns using one label. Each return label is created specifically for the items in that individual order. Items returned from multiple orders in a single package will not be processed. 

If you do not use our prepaid return label, please provide the return tracking number and shipping company name to our service team by emailing us at team@theouai.com. We are unable to reimburse return shipping costs if you do not use our provided prepaid label.
