Why is my urine bright neon yellow while taking them?

Bright yellow urine, some may call it “neon yellow,” is a common occurrence when taking vitamin B complex, specifically due to the B2 vitamin, also known as riboflavin. In fact, “flavin” comes from the Latin “flavus” which means yellow. So don’t be alarmed. It’s natural!

Why does it seem like I’m breaking out more since taking a supplement?

Biotin is generally the culprit when supplements cause people to break out. However, Biotin or vitamin B7 doesn't actually cause acne but can potentially impact other nutrients that help the skin combat acne. For this reason, we used a lower level of biotin to minimize this impact.

There are also a lot of websites and articles that claim vitamin B12 can cause acne based on one study. The original study suggests a link between vitamin B12 injections but concluded that more studies need to be done to make a certain connection and it’s the methylcobalamin version that would have the biggest impact, not the cyanocobalminin version that can be found in many supplements like Thick & Full.

Why am I experiencing nausea while taking a supplement?

Some people may need to take supplements with food to cushion the absorption so it’s less irritating to the stomach. If you experience nausea, then try taking the supplements with a meal to help reduce discomfort. Other things to look for are a headache and dizziness. If you are taking it with food and your symptoms do not subside, please discontinue use.

Can I take Thick & Full Supplements without food?

Some people can tolerate taking the Thick & Full Supplements without food and some people can’t. The effects of taking supplements without food can vary with each individual. Take with food to play it safe or if you have experienced nausea, headache, stomach pains, and even diarrhea. Of course, please consult your physician if you are really concerned about the symptoms that you’re experiencing.

Is the level of vitamin B in Thick & Full Supplements high?

We wanted to create an effective supplement and worked with a lab to create a blend that was potent, efficacious, and safe. There is a lot of information out there linking high vitamin B content to dizziness, nausea, and diarrhea however most reputable sources mention high doses coming from injections or drips to treat vitamin B deficiency. If you are taking with food and your symptoms do not subside, please discontinue use. Of course, if you are really concerned about the symptoms that you’re experiencing, please consult your physician.
