After one year of testing, we’re excited to bring you a product formulated just for curls that lets you Have It Your OUAI. Silicone-free, vegan, and powered by a blend of conditioning oils, Curl Crème defines, hydrates, and reduces frizz on all curl types—from curly to coily—while maintaining your natural texture.
Curl Crème marks a first for OUAI. In addition to making a Curl Crème scented with our signature North Bondi Fragrance, we also created a fragrance-free version, our very first unscented product! We know the curly crowd loves to cocktail their way to perfect curls, and a fragrance-free Curl Crème lets you mix and match your favorite curl products. Oh, and we supersized it in an 8 oz because we know how much product you go through (hint: a lot).
Curl Crème has a unique consistency that initially feels like a cream, but then melts into your curls with the ease of an oil. That’s thanks to its key ingredients, starting with chia and linseed oils, a frizz-fighting duo that forms and shapes curls, controls frizz, and protects hair from humidity. Coconut oil lends major hydration and helps seal damaged cuticles. We also added babassu oil, which conditions, softens, and enhances your curls’ shine.
To use Curl Crème, simply section your hair and distribute the product evenly by finger combing through each section. We love Curl Crème for wash-and-go styles, and even on dry, day-two or day-three curls when you need to restore moisture and definition and smooth frizz.
If you incorporate wash days into your Curly Girl Method, use our Detox Shampoo, a concentrated apple cider vinegar shampoo that lifts oil, dirt, and product buildup without stripping your hair. Then follow up with our new Fine to Medium Hair Treatment Masque or Thick Hair Treatment Masque for, as they’ll infuse major moisture and repair damage in minutes.
Curl Crème is safe on color-treated hair, keratin treatments, Brazilian blowouts, and chemically treated hair. It’s formulated without any SLS, SLES, parabens, phthalates, gluten, and animal testing. Plus, as part of our effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we made Curl Crème’s tube out of sugarcane plastic, making it 100% recyclable.
