OUAI Haircare How To Beachy Waves

Step 1

Start by prepping damp hair with Wave Spray.

Step 2

Next, using a Dyson Supersonic dryer and smoothing nozzle, rough dry the hair on a medium-low heat setting until it’s about 30% dry.

Step 3

Part your hair as you normally would but using your finger only, avoid using a brush or comb because they tend to flatten the hair too much.

Step 4

Switch to the diffuser nozzle and, in 1.5 inch section gather the hair as an accordion and gently place it into the diffuser. Hold for 15 to 20 second while the dryer works it’s magic.

Step 5

To beat frizz and flyways, finish with the diffuser pointing downwards while using your fingers to scrunch and lift at the root for nice volume.

Step 6

Finally, apply a bit of Matte Pomade from mid lengths to ends and finish with Texturizing Hair Spray.
