Treat From The Inside Out
A lot of the time grey hair is a genetic thing but there are plenty of nutritional and hormonal factors that can cause your hair to lose pigment, too (no, stress doesn’t help!) It’s true what they say; grey hair absorbs more moisture than other hair so regular conditioning can do wonders to restore your hair's softness. Add deep conditioners, masks and oils into your routine and stay consistent. If you let your dry strands suffer weeks without moisturizers, they will get worse and start to split. A consistent moisture-focused routine is your best weapon against dry hair. Period.To achieve optimal hydration, invest in a daily care routine that increases moisture retention then supplement it with weekly masque treatments.
